Eight weeks to launch, then a rhythm

Here is what happens after you send the brief: who does what, when, and how you will know.

How long does a Guardino Technologies project take?

A Guardino Technologies project takes 8 weeks from contract to launch, then continues on a monthly program with a 12-month term. The brief takes about 10 minutes on this site, and a written summary with prices arrives by email within minutes. The contract and a payment link for the first instalment, 40% of the Launch Program, follow within 1 business day. The discovery workshop runs in week 1 and fixes the scope and the calendar. You review the design in two revision rounds; approval releases the second instalment, 30%, and the build starts. In week 8 the platform, command panel, measurement and automations go live, with training, hand-over documents and 30 days of priority support; the final 30% is due at launch. The first 30 to 45 days after launch are a learning period for the ad platforms. After that the rhythm is fixed: a report every Monday at 08:00, a strategy meeting every month and a review every quarter.

The first eight weeks

Every step has an owner and a date. You see both from day one.

  1. 1

    Brief

    About 10 minutes

You pick a program and answer five short steps on this site: company, goals, channels, timing and contact.

  2. 2

    Written summary

    Within minutes

Your selection, prices and next steps arrive by email, addressed to you, with a reference number.

  3. 3

    Contract and payment link

    Within 1 business day

We send the contract and a payment link for the first instalment, 40% of the launch program.

  4. 4

    Discovery workshop

    Week 1

We map products, customers, channels, data sources and integrations, then lock the scope and the calendar.

  5. 5

    Design approval

    Before the build

You review the design in two revision rounds. Approval releases the second instalment, 30%, and the build starts.

  6. 6

    Launch

    Week 8

Platform, command panel, measurement and automations go live. Training, hand-over documents and 30 days of priority support begin. The final 30% is due at launch.

The first year, quarter by quarter

The monthly program runs on a 12-month term. Each quarter has a job.

  1. 1

    Launch and learning

The platform goes live, the content engine starts and the first campaigns run. The first 30 to 45 days are a learning period for the ad algorithms; results are read against that, not against the year-end target.

  2. 2

    Scaling

Campaigns that proved themselves get more budget. Creative is refreshed on a schedule, and email and WhatsApp flows start bringing repeat business.

  3. 3

    Channel expansion

Google Shopping and Performance Max, marketplaces, a B2B portal or new markets, depending on what the data says is next.

  4. 4

    Consolidation and season

Peak season preparation, stock and campaign calendars, and a review of the year against the targets set at the start.

Four robots, one team

Repetitive work runs on our own servers, not in someone else's software. Each robot has a defined output you can inspect.

  • Content robot

Plans, produces and schedules posts across 7 platforms from your product data and calendar.

    60 to 90 posts a month

  • Ads robot

Watches campaign performance daily, shifts budget and pauses what is not working, within the rules the team sets.

    Daily adjustments, weekly summary

  • Communication robot

Sends order, shipping and abandoned-cart messages by email and WhatsApp, within İYS and KVKK rules.

    Customer messages, on time

  • Operations robot

Syncs stock, orders and invoices between the platform, the marketplaces and your invoicing system.

    Stock, order and invoice sync

The reporting rhythm

  • Weekly report

Every Monday at 08:00 you receive a report with sales, traffic, ad performance and the content published that week.

  • Monthly strategy meeting

Once a month we go through the numbers together, decide what to scale and what to stop, and set the plan for the next month.

  • Quarterly review

Every quarter we compare results against the targets, review the budget and adjust the plan for the next quarter.

How we measure

Every number in a report says where it comes from. These are the rules we count by, and they do not change from week to week.

  • What counts as a sale

Orders, revenue and new customers are counted in your store's own database, not in ad dashboards, which can credit one sale to several channels. Revenue is completed orders minus refunds and cancellations, the same definition Model B is invoiced on.

  • Two CACs

Media CAC is ad spend divided by new customers. Fully loaded CAC adds team, agency, tool and creative costs for the same period. Decisions are made on the second.

  • Attribution window

Each ad platform credits sales inside its own attribution window, so its total and your store's total differ. The window a report uses is agreed at the discovery workshop, written into the report and kept the same, so weeks compare like with like.

  • Learning period

A new ad account or a rebuilt campaign structure gets 30 to 45 days before its results are judged. Until then we tune structure and creative rather than chase early numbers.

  • Monday report

Every Monday at 08:00: sales, traffic, ad performance and the content published that week, with the same definitions every week.

  • Targets

Targets are management goals we work towards, not guarantees. Each quarterly review compares the results with them.

Who does what

Three parties, clear boundaries.

  • You

Product knowledge, pricing, stock, approvals and the ad budgets you pay directly to the platforms. You get decision requests, not a to-do list.

  • The robots

Content scheduling, ad adjustments, customer messages and operations sync. They run inside rules the team sets and logs.

  • The team

Strategy, design, engineering, ad management and the reports. The same people, for the whole term.
