Privacy Policy

Last updated:

Guardino Technologies LLC ("Guardino", "we", "us") is the controller of personal data processed through guardinotechnologies.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, on what legal basis, how long we keep it, and which rights apply to you under GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, KVKK and other applicable laws.

1. Who we are

Controller: Guardino Technologies LLC, 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Contact for privacy matters: privacy@guardinotechnologies.com. The legal team can be reached at legal@guardinotechnologies.com.

2. What we collect

We collect (a) what you send through the contact form: name, email, the topic you choose and your message; (b) what you send through the project brief (/start): the programs, add-ons and services you select, company name, website, sector, country, company size, goals, current channels and platform, notes, budget band, timeline, preferred contact channel and language, your name, work email and, optionally, phone number, and whether you want occasional marketing notes; (c) technical data automatically generated when you visit: IP address, user-agent, country derived from IP, pages requested, referring URL. Analytics run without cookies and are kept only as aggregate figures (see the Cookie Policy). We do not collect special-category personal data and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

3. Why we use it: legal bases (GDPR Art. 6)

Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): the contact form and the project brief, which you send after reading this policy and ticking the consent box, and the optional marketing notes. Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)): answering your enquiry and preparing a proposal from your brief. Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)): operating, securing and improving the site, including cookieless aggregate analytics and abuse protection for the forms. Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)): tax, accounting, security incident reporting. Contract (Art. 6(1)(b)): when you engage one of our brands directly. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to privacy@guardinotechnologies.com; this does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal.

4. Who we share it with

Hosting and CDN: Vercel / Cloudflare (security headers, DDoS mitigation). Email delivery: form submissions are sent by email through the company's mail host to our company mailbox, and for a brief we also email you a copy of your summary. Where enabled, an internal automation receives only a reference number plus the selected programs and company name (brief) or the topic (contact form), never your name, email or phone number. Analytics: our self-hosted Umami instance, so no analytics vendor receives your data. We do not sell or rent personal data. We do not use it to train third-party AI models. We never share it for cross-context behavioural advertising without explicit opt-in.

5. International transfers

Personal data may be transferred to and stored in the United States. Transfers from the EEA/UK rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (2021/914) and additional safeguards as appropriate. A copy of the SCCs we use is available on request.

6. Retention

Contact-form messages and project briefs: kept only in the company mailbox, for up to 24 months from our last exchange unless they lead to a contract; we keep no separate database of leads. You can ask us to delete them at any time via privacy@guardinotechnologies.com. Unsent brief answers stay in your browser's sessionStorage and are deleted when you close the tab. Server access logs: 30 days. Analytics: aggregate figures without identifiers, up to 26 months. Data we hold for tax or accounting reasons: as long as the applicable law requires (typically 5 to 10 years).

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection in respect of your personal data. EU/UK residents may complain to a supervisory authority. California residents have the rights described in the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, to delete, to correct, to opt out of sale/sharing and to limit use of sensitive personal information. Türkiye residents may exercise rights under KVKK Art. 11. To exercise any of these, write to privacy@guardinotechnologies.com. We respond within 30 calendar days.

8. Security

We apply industry-standard administrative, technical and physical safeguards. Despite this, no system can be perfectly secure. If we identify a personal-data breach, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours of becoming aware and we will notify affected individuals when required by law.

9. Changes

We will update this policy when our processing changes or when the law requires. Material changes are announced at the top of this page for at least 30 days. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
