Sub-processors & Data Processing
Effective 13 June 2026 · Last updated 13 June 2026
To operate guardinotechnologies.com we rely on a small number of carefully selected service providers ("sub-processors") who may process limited personal data on our behalf, under contract and subject to confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
Sub-processors for this corporate website
Hostinger International Ltd. — website hosting and email infrastructure. Purpose: serving the Site and handling correspondence.
Cloudflare, Inc. — content delivery network, DNS and DDoS protection. Purpose: delivering and securing the Site; processes technical connection data.
These providers process only the technical and contact data necessary to deliver the Site, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Product sub-processors
Our DNS security product processes additional data (accounts, billing, DNS-query metadata) through additional sub-processors — including Stripe (payments), Microsoft Clarity (product-site analytics), Vercel (application hosting), Cloudflare and Hostinger. Those are listed and described in the product's own privacy documentation at guardino.ai/legal/privacy.
International transfers
Some sub-processors are located in the United States or operate global infrastructure. Where personal data leaves the EEA, the UK or Türkiye, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or, where applicable, your explicit consent.
Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
Business customers who act as data controllers can request a Data Processing Agreement under Article 28 of the GDPR. Contact [email protected] to put one in place.
Changes
We keep this list current. Where a change to our sub-processors is material, we will update this page and, where required, give affected parties notice.
