Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out conduct that is prohibited when using guardinotechnologies.com and forms part of our Terms of Use. It complements the service-specific acceptable-use terms for our DNS product at guardino.ai.
Security and integrity
Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, our servers, or any connected system or network.
Do not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems except under our Vulnerability Disclosure Policy.
Do not introduce malware, or interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on the Site or its infrastructure (including denial-of-service activity).
Do not circumvent, disable or defeat any security or access-control measure.
Data and content
Do not scrape, harvest or collect data from the Site at a scale or in a manner that burdens the service or that violates the rights of others.
Do not use the Site to transmit unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing or harmful content, or to send unsolicited communications (spam).
Do not misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or organisation.
Intellectual property and reverse engineering
Do not copy, frame, mirror or create derivative works from the Site except as permitted by law or with our written consent.
Do not reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive source code from any part of the Site or our services except to the extent that such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
Lawful use, export control and sanctions
Do not use the Site or our services for any purpose that is unlawful in your jurisdiction or in the United States.
Do not access or use the Site or our services in violation of US export-control or sanctions laws, or if you are located in a comprehensively embargoed jurisdiction or are a restricted party.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, and cooperate with law-enforcement authorities where appropriate.
